Gauge Wheel Assemblies 
While some customers prefer to repair gauge wheels by replacing the bearing and/or the tire, many others prefer a full replacement of the gauge wheel.  As such, HUICHAO offers several options. One recent trend has been "spoked" gauge wheels. 
 
Spoked Gauge Wheels 
Spoked gauge wheels address the problem of mud build-up between the gauge wheel and the opener blade, causing the disk to seize and drag through the soil, negatively affecting seed trench quality, and ultimately yield.  They are also more serviceable since changing the bearing can be accomplished without taking the gauge wheel apart.  Remove the snap ring, replace the bearing, and re-install the snap ring.
