CONVEYOR BELT JOINTS AND JOINING CLIPS

HUICHAO has developed and adopted a wide range of conveyor belt joining clip methods - all designed and implemented to ensure minimal difficulty for consumers and easy replacement if parts break, or for general wear in some cases.

General clip forms are now categorised as 'F' type clips - where the links of the joiners form an 'F' shape, seamlessly interlocking when fixed the correct way at opposite ends of the conveyor. The interlocking 'F' type clips are secured using a turned rod. The joining rod, which is lathe-turned to fit into the interlocking clip, is grabbed by the 'F' type fingers. This prevents lateral movement of the rod, and lessens damage to the harvesters' fabricated body, drives and rollers.

There are three other types of steel clips used as conveyor belt joints. These are referred to as short pin joiners, ferule clips or a 'male', 'female' type clip.
