CLIP JOINER, TYPE A
Highly used and recommended joining solution produced by Huichao.
Uses an 'F' formation to join conveyors at each end, meaning clips can be used at either end.
Available for used on 60, 50 and 40mm wide belting.
Respectively, available in 32, 25 and 20mm hole centres.
3mm spring steel to avoid dramatic deformation and weak point reinforcement.
Utilizes a lathe turned joining rod (10, 11 0r 12mm spring steel rod)to joining interlocking "F"style fingers and prevent lateral movement of the rod.
¼" threaded bolts and nuts for fastening.
Can be used for any number of traction belts.
